State Requirements
Various states have specific requirements that govern continuing education credits. Some of the States Requirements are listed below.
- Alabama - 6 hours for renewal (every two years) - Approved
- Arkansas - 6 hours (every fiscal year) - Approved
- Georgia - 8 hours (every fiscal year) - Approved
- Indiana - Does not approve distance education

- Kentucky - 3 hours (every year) for Apprentice Auctioneers and Auction House Operators. 6 hours (every year) for Principal Auctioneers - - Approved

- South Carolina - 4 hours - Approved (every fiscal year)
- Tennessee - 6 hours for renewal (every two years) - Approved
