  Effective Immediately: Cost for Online Education Courses is now only $ 30 per Credit Hour

Certification of Hours: Tuition Costs include one (1) state CE certificate. Additional certificates are issued at a cost of $ 10/each if scheduled at the time of registration. Certificate requests issued after completion of the course are $ 15/each.

Rush Grading and Fax Delivery: Rush Grading (for guaranteed grading in less than 24 business hours) and fax services are available for a fee. Inquire at registration for fax fees and rush grading fees.

Standard Grading: Student course work is graded and certified within 24 business hours of completion of course work, although every reasonable effort is made to complete the grading process sooner. Students requiring grading and certification in less than 72 hours should consider Rush Grading.

Time Requirements: All student progress is monitored. Students MUST meet their state mandated time requirements. Failure to do so may result in additional course work, delay in completion of the program, or not receiving credit for work completed. No partial credit is issued for our online courses which are not completed satisfactorily.

Refunds: We are not able to offer refunds for students registered in our Online Education program once a student has been activated in a course. Prior to activation, a request for refund must be made in writing with a specific reason for the request. Refund requests will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

 

Ethics Three Hour continuing education course designed to promote ethical auctioneering, and to inform the auctioneer about ethical concepts. 

Environmental Issues in Auctioneering - This Four Hour course is designed to teach you about environmental issues facing the real estate auctioneer which can affect the sale and transfer of real property.

Introduction to Advertising - This Four Hour course is designed to teach you advertising fundamentals and ways of applying them to auction-marketing promotions and auction-specific advertising. This course focuses on the uses advertising rate sheets, insertion discounts, media effective studies, and planning. You will find it useful to be familiar with individual state advertising regulations and restrictions. This course is not, in any way, a primer on state-specific advertising law, rules or regulations.

Math 201 - This Three Hour course is designed to familiarize the student with mathematical equations used in the settlement of an auction and the subsequent disbursement of auction proceeds through practical mathematical problem solving.

E-Marketing - This Four Hour designed for the professional auctioneer wishing to learn or enhance their existing knowledge of the use of internet technology to market auction services to buyers and sellers.

Working with Real Estate Brokers - NEW - This Four Hour course is designed for the professional auctioneer wishing to expand their business opportunities by establishing and developing professional relationships with real estate professionals and elevating public perception of the auction method of marketing real property.

Developing a Business Policy and Procedures Manual - NEW - This Three Hour course is designed for the professional auctioneer/auction business owner to assist them in developing or revising a policies and procedures manual for their auction company.
