This Four Hour course is designed to teach you about environmental issues facing the real estate auctioneer which can affect the sale and transfer of real property.
Introduction to Advertising -
This Four Hour course is designed to teach you advertising fundamentals and ways of applying them to auction-marketing promotions and auction-specific advertising. This course focuses on the uses advertising rate sheets, insertion discounts, media effective studies, and planning. You will find it useful to be familiar with individual state advertising regulations and restrictions. This course is not, in any way, a primer on state-specific advertising law, rules or regulations.
Math 201 -
This Three Hour course is designed to familiarize the student with mathematical equations used in the settlement of an auction and the subsequent disbursement of auction proceeds through practical mathematical problem solving.
E-Marketing -
This Four Hour designed for the professional auctioneer wishing to learn or enhance their existing knowledge of the use of internet technology to market auction services to buyers and sellers.
